4. Order

8. Return policy

8.2 Terms of Return of Products
According to art. 10 lit. c from O.G. 130/2000 Carpathian 2 Wheels Guide reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to degrade (perishable) or damage quickly.
If an order that has been offered a gift product is returned in full, the customer is obliged to return the gift product in its original state, undamaged and unsecured.

8.3 Cash Return Terms
For full return orders, the Customer receives the returned product's money and the original shipping cost within 14 calendar days of the date when the Carpathian 2 Wheels Guide is informed by the customer of his decision to return the products.
After validation of the return, the customer may, at his option, receive the value of the products in the form of a value coupon that he / she will be able to use within 30 days of the confirmation of receipt of the return by the Carpathian 2 Wheels Guide.
